Welcome to Solar Ink, a premier tattoo studio located in the heart of Taipei’s Datong District. Our studio is surrounded by Taipei’s vibrant culture, with easy access to Zhongshan District’s trendy cafes,Ximending’s bustling nightlife, and cultural landmarks like the Taipei Fine Arts Museum and the National Palace Museum.

Facilities & Support

At Solar Ink, we take pride in being a global artist hub. We offer over 250 high-quality pigments, a full stock of tattoo needles, spacious workstations, and a creative, collaborative environment. Our team is here to assist you with all your working needs in Taipei, and any additional services you may require are available through our assistants.

Collaboration Models:

We have two work locations in Taipei, each offering flexible collaboration options tailored to your needs:
  • SHOP 1: Choose between daily rental or a commission-based model.
  • SHOP 2: Opt for full-space daily rental (6 workstations) or individual bed rental.

SELECT® Tattoo Needles:

Introducing SELECT® Tattoo Needles, exclusively developed by Solar Ink. Our SELECT® needles, developed and manufactured in-house,are designed for precision and optimal performance. Made from high-quality, medical-grade 304 stainless steel, each needle features a built-in stabilizer for enhanced stability, ensuring smooth and accurate needle penetration. All needles undergo ethylene oxide sterilization for safety, so you can focus on your craft with confidence.

How to Apply:

Interested artists can apply by contacting us through our SOLAR INK SELECT Instagram (instagram.com/solarink select). Please provide your portfolio, preferred dates, and any specific requirements.
